The conspicuous absence of APC leaders such as President Buhari, Vice President Osinbajo, APC National Leader Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and some Southwest Governors expected by the people cast a shadow on the rally.

APC chieftains charged their party men and women to continue to work hard to ensure a convincing victory for their standard bearer in the poll which is about two weeks away.

The high point of the occasion was the presentation of the APC flag to Rotimi Akeredolu by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal.
