The management of MFM Football club of Lagos has denied reports that its chairman, Godwin Enakhena and some officials have been sacked.
The club’s media officer, Olawale Quadry, says the financier of the club, Daniel Olukoya, held meetings with the players and officials last week where he expressed his disappointment with the performance of the team and called for a better outing next season.
The club chairman Enakhena reveals Olukoya only said at the meeting that the undisciplined players and officials will be wielded out.
He says the head coach, Fidelis Ilechukwu will remain with the team for next season.
